No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.

God may allow you to experience suffering beyond your own strength, but he will never abandon you to a temptation where faithfulness is impossible.
You may not control your anxiety
You may not control what happens to you
But you are never completely stripped of your freedom to choose your next step when you feel restless.
